By completing this agreement, you are securing one of the ten available seats on the SatsPay Charter10 Steering Committee.
Charter10 members participate in the early development and strategic guidance of SatsPay, a payment platform being built to replace antiquated credit card rails.

Charter10 Capital Contribution Payment
To secure your Charter10 seat, a one-time capital contribution of $35,000 is required. Payment is completed in Bitcoin via a secure invoice, reflecting the USD equivalent at the time of transaction. Once payment is received and confirmed, your Charter10 position will be officially reserved and finalized, and your “Welcome to SatsPay” email will be sent.
